Didn’t Planet

After more than 10 years honing their craft on the New England cover band circuit,
Limelight Magazine’s “Band of the Year” nominee Didn’t Planet released its debut original album “We’re Goin’ Nowhere” in 2013. The concept album (about being in a cover band) scored high marks in the power pop community and introduced the world to the band’s unique brand of clever lyrics, equal parts funny and heart-breaking. Their tongue-in-cheek, guitar-driven power pop sound is most often compared to Fountains of Wayne and Green Day. Hailing from Boston’s South Shore, Didn’t Planet performs from Plymouth to Somerville.
